Booking Policies

You may not add services in the note section of your appointment request. All services must be booked to be honored.

Walk-ins are not accepted. Booking, rescheduling & canceling are done online ONLY; 24/7 for your convenience.

No show, no call = 50% of the service fee + no future bookings, and all current and future appointments will be canceled.

You have 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel. The late cancellation fee is 25% of the total service.

Please come with your hair loose and completely free of tangles. Detangling over 20 minutes will result in A fee of $10 per 10 minutes.

If you have a cold, please wear a face mask upon entering and throughout the duration of your appointment.

You may not bring children or other guests to your appointment.

If you do not call to inform me you are running late, your appointment is marked a No Show after 30 minutes.

Please no speaker phone conversations or video play. Please wear headphones.

I service kids 10 years old and up.
